This home refurbishment required a complete rip out, followed by a full electrical re-wire, replacement plumbing, pipework, boiler and bathroom suite. All walls and ceilings were re-plastered and a new kitchen was installed. Internet connections have been located throughout the house. For TVs, all cabling has been re-installed in the walls before re-plastering. The TV sockets are located discreetly behind the wall mounted TVs. The phone lines are also discreetly hidden from view. Spotlights on dimmer switches have been installed in every room and in the kitchen, neon plynth lights and cupboard underlights have been put in with no visible wiring.
