Portland Place, London W1 work associated with the refurbishment and extension of existing apartment in a large managed block.

This project consisted of complete refurbishment and extension of an existing apartment in a large managed block. Strip out, followed by a completely re-wire to existing and new sockets location, new consumer unit. Replacement plumbing, pipework,  new boiler with Megaflow cylinder, replacement connection to and supply of extract funs in Bathrooms, Ensuite and Kitchen.  Fitting new bathrooms sanitary ware. Fitting new underfloor heating below tiled floors. All walls and ceilings were re-plastered and a new kitchen was installed. New hard wood flooring was installed throughout with the exception of the bathrooms and kitchen, which had received granite flooring. The hard wood flooring had been laid on Acoustilay 15, acoustic  sound underlay. Internal redecoration throughout.
